It is going to be very interesting to see who replaces Haywood. It is a critical position and will impact the future success of this company. I will wait and see before making any investment decisions. My feeling is they need a guy who has worked in the mines for many years as a miner, superintendent and engineer throughout his career. He should also not want to take up permanent chair in the office but be willing to stay on site for extended periods.

Exploration wise, I think there should be a strong focus on establishing more reservable resources through strategic drilling and maybe that should be run through the field operations. Then for the other exploration the miriads of gold in till anomalies that have been recorded should be prioritized and followed up. I do not see any point in continuing year after year collecting bulk till samples as a be all end all. Existing anomalies need to be followed up by a group of very experienced geologist. In my opinion this would be a good way to put in an honest effort to make this company successful.
