RE: RE: BUYOUT IS FOR 100% OF LFD....

Because the Kurds have already stated that they want to changes to the PSC contract as it is written.  The only way that Genel gets Chia 40% share is by buying the company LFD.   Why do you think that Vallares had to buy Genel and, not its share, same principal.   It doesn`t matter what share does today as deal is done per my speculation.   Deal will be announced I hope before Christmas, which is this Friday.   LFD shareholders will either be paid in cash or shares of Genel.   If in shares from Genel then shareholders still have a position in Chia.   I had said a while back that Soros is a short term trader, sometimes 2 years, but he has something in mind.   In LFD case it was a BUYOUT.   At 50 million pounds, it would be a $ 110 million offer or 60 cents per share.   I am guess that deal will be closer to $ 1 per share, maybe 90 cents which means 75 million pounds.   Genel has $ 2.2 billion on its books so spending 75 million pounds or about $ 165 million or 90 cents per share can be done easily.  Genel then gets all of Chia.
