RE: Cosigo Signs Letter of Intent with Native Comm

RE: Cosigo Signs Letter of Intent with Native CommDoes anyone know what it means for the department of native affairs to sign this letter of intent? It seems that the federal government does not allow mining on native lands but the department of native affairs must be a branch of the brazilian federal government. Does this mean that the brazilian government is now on board?
