PCQ is crap???

PCQ is crap???I don`t see why, at least they had a agreement with Cambrian and they did some drilling and got money for that.   The question is why do they Eckstein own 49.5% of the company, it still represent lots of money.  Anyone with insight....   Sorry, I know this is MOO board.
