Takeover: Reuters Target = 46+$

The Maple deal is actively in the work. It seems the takeover should happen at around 45-50$. Reuters has it at 46$. It doesn't hurt that it has a juicy, increasing annual cash div yield above 5%!!!! It pays me to wait, literally.
