Hello Everyone:

I am keeping my fingers crossed that deal is done and will be announced tomorrow either before or after close of the market.    It is a good time to do a deal, people are in a happy mood, Christmas is here, and new year of hope is around the corner.

Buyout at 70 cents  to $ 1 per share, is my guess.
