RE: Legion Magazine

RE: Legion Magazine

In my conversation with David Fowler a few months ago I asked him directly if Cymat had any involvement in the LAV III as you indicate their was no announcement from Cymat. His response was "Cymat has no involvement in the LAV III and therefore the company had no reason to issue a press release as only new material business needs to be announced to shareholders." He seemed empathic that Cymat was not involved in the LAV III upgrades! It would have been a nice chunk of business for Cymat and moved them yards with other military opportunities.

With William Pettipas on the Board of Directors, formerly the Executive Director GM Defense and Vice President of General Motors of Canada who prior to retirement from GM facilitated the sale of GM Defense to the General Dynamics Corporation I thought we had a good shot at this business with his background and contacts.

Also if we had won this business it would have appeared in the financial, but no revenue jumps that can't be explained in the numbers.
