in the Arctic. To put it into prespective, the entire report fits into
2 carboard banker's boxes weighing approx. 40 pounds. Can you
imagine the average joe off the street taking the time to read it?
Maybe the stratagy is to so overwhelm the reader so that they will
just skim through it and go to the back summary which is just a
few hundred pages in length; even here the reader will most likely
skim through it and approve it without really getting the true picture
of what the report is really saying.
