St. Joe Minerals was acquired by Fluor Corporation in 1981 to stop a hostile take-over.

Fluor then allows St. Joe Gold (of Tucson, AZ) to go public on the American Stock exchange in 1986. This company was acquired by Australian Billionaire Alan Bond (goes public in 1988, NYSE, BOND INTERNATIONAL GOLD) because of the Bullfrog Mine, Nye County, Nevada gold mine of Kanco Energy, Inc.

I was in Sydney, Australia in August, 2010 (right after the Reg Argue, Vancouver Co-Op radio interview) exposing Alan Bond as a "Fitzgerald/Mr. ABX". In December, 2010 an article was published about Alan Bond
