You have to like an analyst like that.  He bases everything on future DP prices, of which he or anyone else cannot know anything about, and then positions his forecast so that if the stock goes down ... he was right, and if the stock goes up to $30 ... he is also right.

If bonuses are paid for being right,  it is not bad work if you can get it.  Too bad it has no value.
