he means that insiders are getting great deals in the open market and in stock options at very low prices.  Given TOL success with their drilling program and recent drilling success, and very low debt numbers TOL has room to run in 2012.

 

Their oil focus will continue to provide results and if I'm not mistaken they are still trading a  large discount to NAV of 3,50-4 range, so there s/b some safety at these levels.

I'm waiting for a dip on tax loss selling but I want to buy more next week at lower prices for a successful 2012.
