I looked over the silde deck and one only has to look at where the old historic left oversare (see line drawn) in relation to all the drilling that has been done to recognise that the update is going to be a winner.
It really is way too cheap at total fd market cap of like $33 million. I think the roads, pier, runway, hydro hooked up is worth that price.
And we get all else for free.................................
