Regardless of this action, the Arab and other Eastern nations are a powder keg of revolution, wars and chaos to come. The sooner the west pushes natural gas and green energy, the better it will be, although it may well be too little too late. I personally don't believe there is a lot of time left to take drastic action here before drastic action has to be taken to protect North America in those regions. IMHO
