It  appears to be.  I can only go back ten transactions on Canadian Insider and all of them were about Alberto Arias and his transactions of December 9, 2011.  There would be a lot more but I don't think he's sold all 75+ million shares as our volume hasn't been that high.   Clearly, though, he has sold off about 10% of his holdings and possibly more - I just can't see further back than the "last ten" transactions.
