Not a single chance in Washington Probate Case The recent filing by Gregory Miller for MWR in their Appeal in the Washington State Probate Case does NOT HAVE A PRAYER to prevail. Why? Very simple:
In 1999 the Canadian Courts dismissed the MWR claim against Fitzgerald, Ranspot and others. I attended the March 4, 2011 hearing before Judge Catherine Shaffer. That's what she told Brent Johnson and his attorneys. THE END.
When Tronox dismissed the case with Prejudice in Reno, Nevada, that terminated MWR rights against Michael J. Fitzgerald. THE END. MWR would only have gotten 50% of the claims (Probate and Nevada) if Tronox didn't dismiss it.

The claims made by Miller, claiming a two year period is my right based on the FACT that Mormon attorney Roger Jeppson represented Ranspot/Fitzgerald against Barrick Goldstrike in 1989. I just filed the proof of this knowledge that Fitzgerald and his wife covered up when in 1999 Roger Jeppson was a DEFENDANT in the Utah Federal litigation for the ABX Bullfrog Mine. THROUGH DISCOVERY, proof of royalty on the ABX Bullfrog will connect Fitzgerald to the BYU and former BYU President Dallin Oaks.
