Arlyn Miller holds over 12,000,000 and millions more in private warrants all of which are exerciseable at prices lower than the current price. There are approx. 30,000,000 total warrants which will probably be exercised in 2012 if the SP remains above
.50. Fully diluted the no. of shares is around 257 million.
