RE: RE: Silvercity8

RE: RE: Silvercity8

First, I am not Silvercity8.

Well, considering I had been a long term sharholder of 10 years and never sold a single share until the most recent snubbing by management I would say that I had been an excellent long term shareholder who directed many investors to their stock, a shareholder who worked hard for the company and whom other shareholders would like to have on board. "Cherry-picking" private investors(as you say) and paying out commissions and fees to do so when there are willing existing shareholders who could have easily gobbled up the private placement under a non-brokered private placement but were never given the chance is not in the best interest of existing shareholders. What favours or strings were attached to using Canaccord Genuity? Is this transaction transparent?

As for management, in my opinion they are trampling on existing shareholders such as by by-passing existing shareholders when raising equity capital (especially at these very low prices). In my opinion management is working off another agenda, one that does not put existing shareholders FIRST.
