Speaking of NUS, it was heavily promoted by the Stansbury newsletter people back in July 2010 when it was $1.50 and then spiked to $2.60. I believe they pumped it again in Jan 2011 when it hopped up to $3.60. Too many unknows regarding the development and or modification of underwater equipment for mining, as well as the transport vessel.
