this kind of opportunity is exactly why vulture financing firms exist... they take a dispproportinate % of shares for modest final stage financing. Risk is low and gains are maximized.... The way to get them moving is to add another interested party so there is a sense of urgency for one of them. That will get this financing closed and all systems go.

Once the holidays are over... we'll see movement again. QSL has made A LOT of progress this year and I'm sure everyone needs a little break to recharge.
