Shadow, I have noticed that most companies to do close their PPs on time and without the need to reprice.  I think that you and some others are forgetting that we are dealing with a penny stock, not that should should make them  any less accountable, but things are not always cut and dry the way you make them out, at least with stocks on the venture board.

 

I really can't understand why you or anyone else who is so down on management,would stick with this company.  Maybe you could enlighten us.
