Elgin1: Thanks for posting that; I was just about to do so. Also, for all the CUV bashers and MIN supporters (I also own MIN), if CUV does run into any environmental problems with the in situ process then MIN will also fall under very heavy pressure, because contaminating water is illegal regardless of how close you are to a town! Pretty clear the State wants the CUV project to go forward, and that is all that matters right now (Phase I). as I mentioned before, I am not buying more CUV now because of the pending financing and not the Florence issue; I want to see what they work out first.
