RE: 2011 progress

RE: 2011 progress

I suspect ENG have done more behind the scenes in 2011 than we presently know.

1.  May 2011 released Resource Estimate for Lotshi.

2.  I suspect ENG were likely close to a financing for drilling Lotshi when the market tanked.

Rather than give away the farm, I suspect they are in a hold and wait, searching for the right JV

    Partner for Lotshi.

3. Increased ownership of Block 1711 from 10% to 15-19%.

4. I suspect Jeff is talking to the majors offering 55% of Block 1711.  We need the right JV Partner,

    not another Sintez.

5.  ENG are building a school & clinic in The Congo.  They are showing they intend to be there.

6.  According to Nov M&A, still planning to drill mid 2012, I am confident Jeff must be spending

time searching for the right partner for The Congo.

7.This has taken longer than I anticipated, however, the potential for success has not changed.

Wishing the shareholders of ENG, A Happy New Year and may we have a successful 2012

drilling season at Lotshi.  A successful Seismic Program at Hartmann and with good solid JV

Partners in both projects.
