Fitzgerald's Premarital protected his 5 kids On February 11, 1998 Mike Fitzgerald had Maria Luisa de la Vega Montero from Spain sign a premarital agreement to protect his five birth children for their inheritance of his wealth up to that date. Even though none of the children's names were specifically written in the agreement, does anyone know who they are and where they live? Earlier this year I sent a personal letter to those directly related with Mike Fitzgerald, sharing with them my direct knowledge and involvement with him.
In 2011 Brent Johnson personally told me that he had only met one of Mike Fitzgerald's children since he became a MWR Stockholder (mid-1980s to the present). I guess Mike was a very private and protective person.
In the Premarital Agreement Mike claims the following: "Michael has engaged in signficant estate planning for the benefit of his children, and wishes to preserve and protect the separate estate identified in this AGreement as his separate property for the use and benefit of his children."

On October 13, 2010 Marisa Fitzgerald, following a relationship with Mike since 1992, files an "AFFIDAVIT OF MAILING NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND PENDENCY OF PROBATE" where she gives specific names and addresses of those who have rights of inheritance in the 2/11/1998 Premarital Agrement she signed:
