Numbers may be good?

Numbers may be good?

We keep saying that the numbers will be good.  I know that we are in an expansion mode and the numbers may actually reflect that fact.

What I do know is Mint is a solid investment and I urge anyone to hold their positions.  We had new hires and that means salaries will have to be paid.  We are getting new business and that sometimes means a delay in revenue streams.

I think it is pan who mentioned that he will mortage his house and add to his holdings.  He is absolutely correct on that call.  I too am going to increase my holdings.

Here is the fact.  I want to retire and Mint is one of my vehicles to do so.

Another poster mentioned that some people may be profit taking.  This too may be a fact.  2011 was particularly brutal and I can see that some investors may be interested in reporting a capital gain that will offset some of their 2011 capital losses.  That is the way Revenue Canada operates.  Capital losses can only be offset by capital gains.

For those who have sold I think that this is a miscalcluation.  There is no assurance that they may be able to reenter this play at a lower price.

Mint is my personal gold mine!
