Hi melaurian. Nothing wrong with your memory. His name was Phil Nesbitt. You can learn a lot more about Phil through the Google search engine: "Phil Nesbitt FCO". I always use the advance google screen in order to avoid all the FCO hits pertaining to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (U.K.).

 

Phil was a co-founder of FCO along with Mari-Ann, Scott and Bill Scales, in 1988. Not only did Phil have a positive outlook on the ICP but he also said that FCO owned a lot of potential gold resources in the State of Idaho.He was estactic over the silver prospects of the Mexican El Milagro prospects..  During the early years of the 1990s, Phil and I exchanged a large volume of private in-box traffic.
