JV details to be released first week of January.......smart move by management. Why release big news this week when big money has it's books closed for the year and the exchanges have their lowest trading volumes of the year.  I expect to see a nice surge in volume and uptick in price later in the day as we approach the close. Trust me you don't want to be sitting on the sidelines come January 3rd.  Will be accumulating again today.
