I suspect the Chinese have had enough of the Iranians and their oil deals.

 

The Chinese have probably come to realize what many wise people already know; that the Iranians make the North Koreans look like a bunch of amateurs when it comes to brinkmanship.

 

Hence I suspect SINOPEC will bid high to win.
