RE: RE: Achieved RECORD PRODUCTION

RE: RE: Achieved RECORD PRODUCTION

it should be recognised that there is no potash glut currently, and may not be in the future. there is only a perceived potential glut, based on potential overcapacity based on announced brownfield expansions and new greenfield operations. there is every possibility that little of the proposed capacity will come on line, and that producers are just squeezing out juniors from getting into the game by killing financing prospects with the threat of overcapacity and low potash prices. Allana just happens to be in a sweet spot very few can enjoy with such a low capex and opex that we are economical when others won't be under the low price environment, and we are in a much more favorable position regarding financing by virtue of our partners, geography, and associations.
