Four Year Future? Just relaxing and watching the KC-Denver game. I'm still excited about the Allstar developments in 2011, the new partnership from FNR, and the current and projected dividend policy. I'm trying to project the year end dividend level and share price for the next four years. In 2012, I see a small .005 quarterly increase and then .01, or more, the following three years. I'm giving Allstar more than 18 months to really take shape and either add significantly to cash flow or have a liquidity event. My current year end annual dividend rate and share prices: 2012, .10, 3.87; 2013, .14, 5.42; 2014, .18; and 2015, .24, 9.30. If this holds true, FNR would have a total return of 306% over the 5-years (YE 2010 - YE 2015). ( Nothing like going out on limb.) There will most likely be many ups and downs over the next five years. However, if the would economy returns to just some level of normality and we don't have a hot war in the Middle East, 49 North should do very well. Will it reach these targets? Will it do much better? I don't expect much news either way till Apr-May when we should get two earnings reports. IMO, FNR is a long term project which could be very rewarding for patient investors. Recommed everyone do their DD including trying to follow the recent and future area oil related transactions. Good luck to all.
