If you subtract current liabilities from current assets, it leaves you with a negative working capital position of over $27 million. I hope you agree with that statement, it is also in the financial statement.
So if current assets equal zero, exploration and evaluation costs up to this point also have zero value, since commercial operations haven't been proven. They've listed those costs, as $78 million in the assets column, with a note as explanation, which you conviently omitted. The only asset they have, is the license which expires in June, and one that appears to be slipping away since they haven't been able to finance. That should tell you something right there. Hopefully they can hand the license over to Genel and remain as a small carried interest. If not, there doesn't seem to be any other interest.
