RE: Do You Feel Diluted?

RE: Do You Feel Diluted?

Mark, first of all thanks for your DD on this stock!  EXCELLENT work my friend!  Your position is very understandable as I had said on this board the day they announced the pp!!!  My glass is currently only half full on this stock right now.  My thinking is they do not expect to be producing enough gold in the first two years to have made their financial commitments.  (JMO) As with most jr's they really do not care about the shareholders of record when push comes to shove.  Yes I also would wonder what shareholders would agree that this was in the best interest of the holder???  I have been with this stock for 4 years now and have heard lots of "talk" but never seem to meet dates set forth.  This will not bode well for the company going forward if they continue to miss target production dates etc.  Drill results are just that, the drills seem to be speaking a decent story here but until the production starts and the "real" cost of production comes  to light and the dilution of the stock added on top of that I would be very surprised to see this stock get back to the mid 50's!

Again, thanks for your hard work and honesty!  Just a few of my thoughts!

Dennis
