Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. VMS products are powered by its proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction technology, which is the result of a decade of development and provides accurate volumetric cardiac measurements equivalent to MRI.

hard to get a leg up tho when seems more and more shares-warrants issued for debt and additional promissary notes being written with the same result likely.oh well,see what comes out of fda meeting jan 5.
