Phil knew a lot about the property. There was a old Gov. report from the 50's that spells out the hugh amount of Cobalt and high grade. There was also an annomily of gold that has been ;seen;. There also I believe there are 3 pockets of rare mineral that are sizable. I saw the gov. report many years ago with Braggs. Simply this property is a hugh mine and as Phil apply put it the only thing that can slow it up was mgt.There was a broker in Toronto that promoted this mine and he died,but he cvonfirmed the above info and indicated this mine was a monster as was the mgt.
