The problem I have with your posts is that you continue to assert the "70% sellout" like there's some truth behind it.  I found this post from a year ago from "LongonZinc": 

Management never sold anyone or anything out.  The Reed discovery hole was on the HBM option.  HBM ALWAYS had the right to re-take control and assert their 70% interest.  The only thing that they did, that I truly disagreed with was attempting to fight over the boundary line and not come straight out and say that the discovery was on the HBM option claim.  That left a lot of people confused.  Not sure how much of a difference it made on the final deal that was struck though.

What you fail to continuously fail to address is 1) How you would have resolved the boundary dispute and 2) How you would have financed construction of the mine?
