@ ERING So what you are saying is that Curis could have avoided this whole thing and the Town council would have approved it if the town council got a percentage of profits??  I thought the town wasn't making economic decisions - they were only looking after the potenetial environmental effects to the aquafer to safe guard the town- even though the independent consultant they hired said the project was safe.   State wont let deveolpment of residential or commercial on surrounding private lands -  so what is town coucil going to do about that? That really throws a monkey wrench into their longterm econonmic development and town growth plans.   State will make town council play ball like it or not.
