Just Got My Proxy Package

Got the package and wouldn't you know it...you have to either mail it back or attend the meeting....The first Proxy vote was electronic so you could vote online...this one isn't...WHY? They are hoping that shareholders either forget or submit their votes LATE so they would count!!!

Make sure you open your package ASAP and Vote "NO" to consolidation and mail it back the same day you get it!!
