What next??

What next??

The stock price is telling me that the guys projecting a $.50 to $1.00 buyout price, are just plain wrong.  There are too many ambitious, intelligent, well connected and well funded institutional money managers and hedge fund guys not to pounce on this at $.11 if the true buyout or value was $1.00 or even $.50.  Where are the arbs? They dont show up, because the story that the swisscheese (holes in their story) private group is promulgating is just hogwash.

After the terms of the deal with genel are announced this swisscheese group will have lots of "coulda and shoulda" and someone elses fault type comments. Then they will still get back to promoting $.50 stock price once drilling commences, etc.

Here's the deal.  Soon, LFD will announce that genel has farmed in to a larger part of the chia surkh play in exchange for X dollars, which will go towards LFDs portion of the drilling costs.  This will leave LFD with upside associated with drill results, but a much smaller interest in the overall play.  The reason i believe this to be true is two fold.  One, common sense - genel just wont overpay (i can hear you attacking me already) the way swisscheese group says and Two, this exact templet has already been executed by the same management between VAST and NIKO.  You may tell me that vst and lfd are very different, and i say ok, but not in the deal structure im talking about. See below

"Vast Exploration Inc. has entered into a purchase and sale agreement to sell 12 per cent of the company's interest in the Qara Dagh block in the Kurdistan region of Iraq to Niko Resources (Kurdistan) Ltd. for consideration of $9-million (U.S.). The funds will be used by Vast to pay for outstanding amounts to Niko under a joint operating agreement as well as to finance future expenses related to the deepening of the Qara Dagh well to 4,150 metres".

I think this will be the same structure that LFD will go for, just with different numbers than above.

And, the private swisscheese group will soon migrate (your right, under new aliases) back to this main stockhouse board.  swisscheese group exists to convert NEW buyers into LFD, not just to talk amongst the already converted. they need new converts and for that they will be back on stockhouse.

As well, i am sure they will start to attack me for this post.  :)  You may begin....
