I don't know how onboard that would be considered ... but it definitely was a force of hand of sorts by TEC.
Dianor has to remit the funds from those sales to the lenders.
The force of hand took place long before the company got to this transfer agent point and it isn't hard to imagine that they were as caught off guard by this event as all investors were.
I don't think for a second Duval told TEC that the company was about to default on the transfer agent requirement.
I'm not saying TEC will definitely come with the rest of the hammer ...but ... it isn't cut & dry that they wouldn't under the current circumstance.
If all parties were aware of this event unfolding ... you would think it would have been averted.
Nobody knows how this will go ... but ... it has to be considered that TEC may have thrown down the loan call already based on the Threegold 'call'.
Hopefully this resolves well ... and the company puts out a note to investors on the situation.
