Share Price don't say it all

Share Price don't say it all

Someone had asked why the share price is so low and the chances that the offer would be low.

I have held stocks that was trading at $1.20 and received an offer of $8.45. So the point is that shareprice don't tell all the story and is not a very reliable indicator of implied value of an asset.

Just because lfd share price is trading very low does not mean that Genel and LFD management would not seek the advice of professional asset valuators to come up with a reasonable assessment of the value and thereby making recommendations to both companies.

Independent professionals would value the asset and recommend to the board of their directors their opinion as to the value and management would make a decision whether to approve it or not.
