There are plenty of logical buyers out there that would want Amulsar for its:

* Offers meaningful production of 200+oz of production at ~450/oz cash costs by 2014

* Only  $160-$170MM in capital (very low capex intensive project)

* Very simple mining (open-pit) and processing (heap leach) - metallurgy is proven

* Permitting is well advanced

IMO the best candidates are:

1) Dundee Precious Metals (already operates a gold mine in the country, have plenty of cash and strong paper to support a bid)

2) Centerra Gold (Need another growth asset, have over $500MM in cash, very strong paper)

3) Alamos Gold (flagship Mulatos is a similiar heap leach operation in Mexico, they are a consolidator, have very strong paper and balance sheet to support a share/cash deal)
