Last traded Dec 13, I'd like to see them get that filing done.

I remember a year or so ago saying BRX (Pemberton) has gone through the rollback and put out all these good plans, but they would be judged on getting something done in 2011.  They have failed worse than I ever thougth possible.  Please prove me wrong in 2012, this is brutal.
