Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Have not replied because was finally on vacation with the family.

Re: options, we have also granted options at above $1.5 so what? The current price is not indicative of the project's fundamentals as you perfectly know. We don't time the grant of options.

In response to your question regarding what we have done for the long-term shareholders, here is my answer:

We have dedicated the last 3 yrs of our lives to this project on a 24/7 basis. We have delivered a huge resource and a stellar PEA. We have raised enough capital to fully fund the project through the feasibility study which is moving forward as we speak. We have built one of the best potash boards and mgmt teams (partly thanks to options we grant).

And I can promise you that we will continue our unwavering commitment to this project until we hit production or are bought out at a reasonable premium.
