As expected, the results of the first horizontal well Bua Ban North A-10, came in at 3,000 bopd and has been producing since Dec 28th.  A-6 is also now producing at 1,000 bopd. The remaining 8 wells will be on-line in mid Feb. The PR didn't say what the current production run rate is!?

From my previous discussions with management I was told it would require about 8 to 10 more horizontal wells to complete the development. At 3,000 bopd each we can add another 27,000 bopd next year not counting any deep wells, Bua Ban South or any other discoveries. I was also told that the company has applied for another drill and more land.

For those who doubted my prediction of 50,000 bopd in 2012, maybe you won't think I'm so far off now.
