RE: RE: Victory #1 This decision certainly gives me confidence in FIU's legal counsel. It would appear that the mining rights cancellation is a non-issue. The legal beagles say the mining rights are not required since MWS is a reclamation project, not a mine.
Be gone with the 1850 non-productive jobs and turn cash-flow positive. Either produce to target numbers or shut 'er down. This is a business, not a charity.
