RE: Profitability

RE: Profitability

I totally agree with you. In 2012 I want to see waterflood instituted and major flaxcombe drilling. The Compass takeover put a value of 61,000 per flowing barrel. This means we are worth about 183 million today, in event of a takeout. The plus for us is we have more, better land and most importantantly in place facilities. If your senior player like penn west the advantage of acquiring in place modern facilities along with production can't be overstated. The benefits would also acrue to their existing production. In 2012 I want to see waterflood proved then a takeout for 1.30-1.50. If no takeover I want to see an exit at 4000 boe/d.
