Soil remediation, sludge treatment and oil recovery are provided by Company through its Advanced Recovery Equipment Systems (ARES), which consists of two soil washing plants known as ARES I and ARES II. The Company’s primary customers are in the upstream petroleum sector (oil production and drilling companies) and downstream petroleum sector (oil refinery, transportation and distribution companies). The Company has three wholly owned subsidiaries, CORRE Inc., BDE Properties Inc. and Mentra Life Sciences Inc., which are located in Toronto, Ontario.

Wow a board member since 2/16/2011 but a first time CVR poster tonight.

If you were truly long for as long as many of us on this board than you would comprehend today was an excellent exit

Reality has me waving these digits - Enlighten me as to the share ownership structure of this company.  Moreover the warrant structure that is presently halted that made most of us sell on the news today.

Hope for your sake that subsidiary of Saudi Binladin Group gave you a discount on your recent purchase.
