Does anyone know the regulatory protocol wrt share buy-back programs?  Specifically, what happens if Wi-Lan is close to a significant deal with someone?  Do they have to put the breaks on the buy-back until the news is released?  Can they excellerate the buy-back knowing that the stock will bounce once the news is out?
