It can also viewed that he plan his vacation a couple of months back, an offer presented like for instant .25 and he is looking for .50, why should he change his vaction, if the they boost the offer up to .45 then he could cut his vacation short and then go back on his vacation with a tidy profit....Some people sees the glass half full while some will see the glass half empty...you decide which one of the halves you chooses.
