Potash Corp Miss Management:

Potash Corp Miss Management:

Potash Corp still thinks it can control the market by cutting and increasing production to support prices. Like the Analyst on BNN just said, Canpotex is gone in couple years due to new production around the world. Potash Corp should have been acquiring all the lowest cost potash asset they could if they wanted to maintain control on prices. They should acquire Allana, Ethiopian Potash, South Boulder and any other low cost assets - this would be the only way for them to control potash prices in the future.
