The history of MWR under Brent Johnson is a solid and documented FACT of litigation. I personally gave him every opportunity to work with the FACTS about the total liability Fitzgerald & Ranspot & many others have for a deliberate circumvention after he resigned from Kerr-McKee on December 31, 1969 while I was out of the country until September, 1971. It was Brent Johnson who obtained the ACTUAL resignation memo by corporate employees of Kerr-McGee, provided by Tronox in Oklahoma City, OK when they finally agreed to sign a Joint Venture Agreement. Tronox provided all the documents assisting C. Robert Cox in Reno against the former EMPLOYEE of Kerr-McGee (but Cox was only a specialist for workman's compensation against ABX and needed to be replaced). The EVIDENCE was so solid by June, 2010 a Reno Judge set the trial date of March 28, 2011 for the Court hearing. Right after that setting by this Judge, Mike Foster, Corporate attorney emails to Brent Johnson informing him that they have come to a agreement with the attorneys for Marisa Fitzgerald to dismiss the case WITH PREJUDICE.
Brent Johnson got so worried and concerned to find a law firm to go up against Tronox, Fitzgerald and C. Robert Cox he conversed with my former attorney, Paul J. Young and his employer for months seeking them to replace C. Robert Cox. A retainer was sent to Brent Johnson. BJ asked me to review it. I asked my attorney, R. Spencer Robinson (former Utah State Administrative Judge of 18 years - a former Provo High buddy of mine) to review the retainer. BJ and Paul Young IGNORED him and they signed the retainer. After $140,000. and ZERO PERFORMANCE, BJ/MWR fired them.
The Wyoming litigation, announced by MWR in press releases, was NEVER SERVED on the Defendants. By law, the Plaintiff had 120 days to serve the Defendants with a Summons and a Complaint. To date (complaint filed December 15, 2010) nearly 13 months past, the Complaint is dead.
Why isn't the Management of MWR informing the stockholders and general public the TRUTH.

I keep in touch with Paul J. Young. He just let me know that Utah Judicial corrupt screwed up and cause delierate fraud four years ago. He's very active in cleaning up corruption. Why doesn't Brent Johnson contact him and ask for an update from a very long and detailed dialogue Paul Young had with Jorge Lopehandia, Brent Johnson, Dale Wunderlich and Kanco Stockholders had in Vancouver, Canada right after JL returned from his first trip to Chile back in July, 2010?
